Shared spaces
Your space, a space for each organization (your space there and your teams) and what others share with you. With folders, search by name and content, sorting and storage use, and moving documents from your space to a team. Deleted documents stay in the trash for 30 days, and every save adds to the version history so you can bring back an older version.
Create, upload, open
Create a blank Word, Excel or PowerPoint document, or an HTML or Markdown page, right in a shared space. Markdown pages can hold sub-pages, so a team's notes grow into one page tree. Upload many files or a whole folder, of any type, or drag them onto the window. A document can be copied to another space or folder. Types IddaOffice opens open in IddaOffice; anything else opens in your PC's program, and each save goes up as a new version.

In Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents and HTML and Markdown pages, every change shows up on everyone's screen right away. In Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Markdown you also see where the others are. Other types are edited by one person at a time.
Invitations and permissions
Invite teammates by e-mail and share a document or a folder to view, comment or edit. Set what team members may do per folder or document, and see who did what in the activity.
